Cestus Boxing: Don “Da Bomb” George Set To Detonate On ESPN July 31

By Boxing Press July 28th, 2009 All Press Releases

On July 31, 2009, Seminole Warriors Boxing Promotions will host an ESPN Friday Night Fights boxing event at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida.

The main event will feature undefeated Dominican banger, Victor Manuel Cayo taking on veteran Julio "The Kidd" Diaz. The co-main event features Costa Rican heavyweight, Carl Davis Drumand taking on Puerto Ricon Derric Rossy in a ten round bout.

The excellent undercard showcases Cestus Management's hard hitting Chicago super middleweight Don George; George faces rugged Puerto Rican, Emmanuel Gonzalez, in a six round bout. It is sure to be an exciting night of action.

George who is coming off a streak of nine consecutive knockouts, is a monstrous, boxer-puncher who has tnt in both hands; he delivers explosive action when he fights and is sure to give the fans what they want. Gonzales is a rough and tough durable fighter who has a great chin and has fought some very talented opposition; this bout looks to be very explosive.

George who has been in preparation for this fight for seven weeks, said, "I am in the best shape of my life, i feel strong and i am hitting real hard and i promise i will put on a sensational winning performance for my managers, promoters and the fans.

Gina Iacovou, who is Cestus Management's CEO, stated, "The fans at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino are in for a great show as Da Bomb is pure action and has true knockout power. If you add in his charisma, this makes Donovan a must see fighter."

Mike Michael, who is Cestus' advisor said, "Everybody at the Hard Rock Casino needs to get ready, because on July 31st fight fans will witness the bone crushing, crippling power that Donovan George possesses. Once the fans see Donovan destroy Gonzalez and then do his trademark back flip, there will be no doubt that the fans will want to see Donovan again.

"I would like to personally thank our promoters, Seminole Warriors Boxing for all of their support and ESPN. The only thing left to say is lock the doors and run for cover because its going to be a hardcore night of boxing at the Hard Rock Casino on July 31st!".
