Boxing Great Shane Mosley Added To Basketball Tournament

The inaugural Lakers 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament presented by Nike and Fan Fest will play host to a who’s who list of athletes, celebrities and entertainers on Aug. 14-16 at L.A. Live, outside Staples Center and on Chick Hearn Court.

The event and Fan Fest will be spread across multiple city blocks with approximately 50 outdoor basketball courts where thousands of athletes will compete for L.A. bragging rights, more than $100,000 in prizes and the chance to be named champion.

Entrance into the Fan Fest event is free to the public and offers the community a chance to interact with Lakers greats A.C. Green and Cedric Ceballos, the world famous Laker Girls and dozens of your favorite celebrities.

Live entertainment will include Lakers players meet and greet opportunities, Mosaic (MTV’s Top Pop Group), New Boyz (Rap Group, hit single You’re a Jerk), Joanna Pacitti (American Idol), Mark Ballas (Dancing With The Stars) and Space Cowboy (DJ for Lady GaGa) during the three-day event.
