Showtime Boxing: Dirrell Counting Down The Hours Until Froch Clash

Top ranked super middleweight challenger Andre Dirrell has put in all the hard work leading up to his clash with WBC champion Carl Froch this weekend and now is simply biding his time until Saturday night.

That’s when the American visitor will square off with Froch at Trent FM Arena in Nottingham, England as the inaugural bout of Showtime’s Super Six Tournament.

Despite fighting for the first time outside the US, Dirrell and his promoter Gary Shaw are confident of their chances against fellow undefeated super middleweight Froch.

The pair aren’t shy about the prospect of facing the champion in front of a packed pro-Froch arena and are winding down the remaining hours in the comforts of Nottingham’s top hotel.
