What happens when a "Southern Disaster" meets Friday "The Thirteenth?" Not much at all unfortunately. Former hot heavyweight contender continues to let down in his career of late. Guinn once sent shockwaves throughout the heavyweight ranks with sensational showings against Michael Grant and Duncan Dokiwari, however, of late, Guinn's fortunes have taken a surprising downturn. Guinn's almost successive losses to Monte Barrett then Sergei Lyakhovich have been followed by an uneventful draw with Ahunanya, himself also defeated by Lyakhovich. A prominent feature of the broadcast featuring Guinn's loss to Lyakhovich was trainer Ronnie Shield's impatience with Guinn who fought with such disinterest as to prompt genuine concern within onlookers handling his career.
We will keep you up to date with the latest developments in the careers of these two heavyweights.
