One of the most exciting fighters in the sport today sees action again tonight as Yuriorkis Gamboa returns to Germany following an 11 bout schedule in America over the last three years.
Gamboa, 17-0 (15), comes back as the reigning WBA featherweight champ and the 28 year old Cuban has electrified the division with his aggressive, lightning quick style of attacking opponents.
Barros, 28-0 (16), hails from Argentina where he has built an impressive record, including wins for the domestic and WBO Latino featherweight titles.
However, Barros has never faced anything resembling world class opposition and will likely have his hands full of the hard hitting Gamboa.
If Gamboa does have a weakness, it is his defense but it will be up to Barros to survive the onslaught of the champion long enough to develop a coordinated offense and back the Cuban up.
