Nova Scotian heavyweight Kirk Johnson will return to the ring later this month against Cuban heavyweight Yanqui Diaz. The fight will take place at the Pechanga Resort and Casino in California and it is Johnson's first significant action since being blown out in two rounds by Vitali Klitschko. Diaz' last action came on an HBO presentation as he was comprehensively beaten down by current undefeated Nigerian contender Samuel Peter.
