Ice Promotions officials announced today that Jimmy Lange Boxing presented by Valcourt Building Services will return on Saturday, March 12, 2011 to the Patriot Center.
The Great Falls, VA-based Lange (34-4-2, 24 KOs) captured the North American Boxing Association’s U.S. super welterweight title in dramatic fashion with a 10th-round knockout of Joe Wyatt on November 6, 2010.
Currently rated #15 in the world at 154 pounds by the WBA, the former star of The Contender will headline his 12th live pro boxing event at the George Mason University venue against an opponent to be determined. Plans are underway for another electrifying undercard showcasing many of the region’s top rising prospects and established veterans.
