IBF welter champ Dejan Zaveck. 30-1-1, defends the title February 18 at home in the 14,000-seater Sportpark Arena in Ljubljana, Slovenia. An opponent is yet to be announced. The show is promoted by SES and Zaveck will, as always, prepare in Magdeburg under his trainer Dirk Dzemski.

It´s indeed planned that Super Six participant and former IBF middle champ Arthur Abraham will fight a tune up on Sauerland´s show February 12 Muehlheim an der Ruhr. Abraham is back in training in Berlin and Ulli Wegner remains his trainer. The only question mark is when the fight against Andre Ward will materialize.

German light heavy Artur Hein, promoted by Sauerland, takes on Italian Francesco Versaci March 5 in Copenhagen on the undercard to Evander Holyfield vs Brian Nielsen. The vacant European Union title is at stake.

The postponed defence by European heavyweight champ Alexander Dimitrenko against Albert Sosnowski could go ahead March 19. At least that is the date the EBU have from Universum. Not site has been given. Dimitrenko vs. Sosnowski was all set for December 4 when Dimitrenko fell ill on the evening of the fight and it had to be cancelled.

Slovakian light heavy Tomas Kovacs will go for the WBO European title February 25 in Nitra. Opponent is to be announced. Middleweight prospect Istvan Szili is likely to be featured on the undercard.
