Boxing Result: Zuhdi Stops Miller In Oklahoma City

In an exciting first round knockout in the main event, USA Oklahoma Lightweight Champion Noah Zuhdi showed his skills and formidableness when he downed Donny Miller of Parkersburg, West Virginia in just 1 minute and 26 seconds.

This was Zuhdi’s 12th knockout in his 15 professional fight career. Zuhdi’s next fight is for Bob Arum’s Top Rank at the WinStar Casino April 23, 2011.

Warren Walker, Tulsa and Kristofer Brown, Ft. Gibson were in a good fight when it had to be stopped due to a sever injury to Walker’s bicep. The injury caused the fight to be declared a ND.

Becca Miller, OKC scored a win over game opponent Amanda “lights out” Carl, OKC by TKO at the end of round one. Miller is on her way to a great career.

Heavyweight Ron “The Iceman” Aubrey, OKC knocked out Gary Guffey, Skiatook, in the first round. Travis Hoffman, OKC scored a knockout in the second round in a highly charged fight against John Helm, Ponca City.

The first bout of the evening between Moses Robinson, Marshall, Texas and Ross Brantley, Dallas, Texas went the distance, with a unanimous decision being awarded to Robinson.

It was a thrilling fight night! The fights were exciting and well matched by matchmaker Buck Smith and as usual at catBOX events, celebs were everywhere. Renowned Radio Announcer Al Eschbach, honoree of the 2011 catBOX Lifetime Sports Achievement Award, was bestowed his award by Fox News Anchor Andrew Speno, Coach Barry Switzer sat ringside and signed autographs all night, Coach Stan Able, Newspaper legends Leland and Vicki Gourley, MTV and motion picture star Matt Hoffman and many others were all in attendance!
