This coming Saturday, live on HBO pay-per-view, it is "Thunder vs. Lightning," as Arturo "Thunder" Gatti defends his WBC 140-pound title against boxing wizard "Pretty Boy" Floyd Mayweather. Gatti's trainer, James "Buddy" McGirt, gave us his thoughts on the upcoming fight. "It's great to train Arturo. He's doing great baby and we're on course. We are on course for this fight. Mayweather is immature you know. He has a lot to learn about the game and life period! He's disrespecting the sport with all that trash talking. I don't pay attention to it, any of it. I don't pay it any mind baby. I've got the blueprint and we are going to win. Victory! That's all to expect baby."
There you have it fight fans, "Victory!" That's what he said Antonio Tarver was going to do and he did. We'll see if "Buddy" can be the one trainer that finally figures out how to beat "Pretty Boy" Floyd. Admit it my fellow fanatics, most of us would not mind seeing Mayweather get his nut cracked. We will see if Gatti can be the one to do it this coming Saturday.
