IBF light welterweight champion Ricky "The Hitman" Hatton will appear in America this week ahead of the weekend's WBC light welterweight clash between Arturo Gatti and Floyd Mayweather Jr. The undefeated champion will make a special guest appearance as the in-studio analyst on ESPN's Friday Night Fight's television show hosted by Brian Kenny. Last week's guest was Ireland's former featherweight champion Barry McGuigan, a fighter that Hatton draws stylistic comparisons to. Hatton is also expected to be ringside for the WBC title fight in Atlantic, sizing up potential opponents for exciting future unification matches.
