Scotland's star super featherweight "Amazing" Alex Arthur will not be facing Russian Boris Sinitsin as soon as he had expected. The clash between the two for Sinitsin's European super featherweight title will happen on July 23 instead of July 9 as first planned. The reason for the delay is that the event clashes with the arrangement of the G8 summit being held in the area. Promoters decided that it was in the best interests of all concerned to delay the staging of the fight until the later portion of the month.
