Kassim "The Dream" Ouma will take to the ring once again this year in defense of his IBF light middleweight world championship. The southpaw champion from Uganda will face European standout Roman "Made in Hell" Karmazin whose last world title attempt came in a losing effort to current WBC champion Javier Castillejo of Spain. Ouma has only one technical knockout loss against twenty-one wins and this fight represents the second defense of his world title having already disposed of Kofi Jantuah and Verno Phillips in world championship contests. The fight will be held at the Orleans Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada on July 14.
