Further to the breaking news that heavyweight contender Samuel Peter was placed in a final eliminator for the WBC heavyweight championship, it has also been revealed that Peter will have the choice of the WBC and now the IBF heavyweight championship route. The IBF boxing organization have ordered that Peter take part in a box-off for the number one position in their rankings. If Peter chooses to take part in the IBF's plans, he would face former WBO heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko. If Peter chooses the WBC path, he will have to fight Germany based turkish fighter Sinan Samil Sam. Either way, it seems as if Peter is set to take part in world championship caliber fights soon.
