As if it wasn't enough that Diego Corrales and Jose Luis Castillo gave boxing its 2005 fight of the year, and perhaps even its fight of the decade so far, they will do it again on October 5 at the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas. There is no doubt that the first fight captured the imagination of the boxing public and will hold its place in boxing history forever as Corrales was on the verge of defeat having hit the deck twice from Castillo left hooks. In the same tenth round, Castillo found himself under fire and unable to answer as Corrales showed what a warrior he truly is. The stoppage from referee Tony Weeks seemed somewhat premature, but it is maybe the one thing that stopped one fighter from suffering career ending injuries.
SaddoBoxing will provide a huge build-up campaign for this fight so stay tuned.
