This Thursday, at the Borgata Hotel, Casino and Spa in Atlantic City, former undisputed middleweight champion Bernard "The Executioner" Hopkins will be on hand to present a night of Golden Boy Promotions Boxing action featuring his nephew, Demetrius "The Gladiator" Hopkins. "The Executioner" is currently planning the last year of his boxing career having been stunned in a loss to new champion Jermain Taylor last month. Taylor's head injuries incurred in the fight mean that he will not be available to indulge the rematch with Hopkins until very late this year, until then, Hopkins will busy himself with the task of representing Golden Boy Promotions as one of its partners alongside founder Oscar de la Hoya.
SaddoBoxing will feature news and results from this fight card as it happens later this week.
