Guillermo Jones, Denis Lebedev Reach WBA Agreement
By Boxing Press July 19th, 2012 All Press ReleasesWBA champion Guillermo Jones from Panama and the Interim WBA Champion, the Russian Denis Lebedev, reached an agreement thus cancelling the Purse Bid summoned for July 19 at the WBA office in Panama.
The parties involved announced the agreement, and assured they would send the final date and site of the bout.
“El Felino” Jones, is the regular champion of the Cruiserweights and has a record of 38-3-2, 30 KO’s while Lebedev, is the Interim Champion and has a record of 24-1, 18 KO’s.
