Alcine-Avendano in Montreal.

Undefeated light middleweight contender Joachim Alcine of Quebec, Canada returns to the ring this Saturday in Montreal as he goes up against Marco Antonio Avendano in a battle for the NABA light middleweight championship. Alcine has won his last six fights by stoppage, even getting rid of former world champion Carl Daniels in six rounds. For his part, Avendano has twenty wins and four losses, losing one fight by stoppage to Ricardo Mayorga. In his last fight, Acendano did away with Fitz Vanderpool in a single round. The fight comes shortly before yet another great fight set to happen in Montreal as light heavyweight contender Lucien Bute will take on former WBO title challenger Kabary Salem.
