At 3:PM on Saturday.Oct.8th.2005,in Las Vegas at the Thomas & Mack Center just hours before the much awaited rematch between Diego Corrales and Jose Luis Castillo, Castillo was made to weigh-in again due to him not making weight(135lbs.) at the official weigh-in on Friday. Under the new deal between Bob Arum and Gary Shaw,Castillo and Corrales' respective promoters Castillo was required to weigh not more than 147lbs.,which he did,however to add more drama to this compelling rematch, Castillo bet Gary Shaw,Corrales' promoter ($100,000.00)one hundred thousand dollars that he will knock out Corrales.
