The training is just about over and the long hours of toil in the gym are winding to a close, but the intensity is just about to reach a fever pitch as the participants in the October 21st "Rumble at The Rock" show at the Hard Rock Live Arena in Hollywood, Florida, get ready to put it all on the line when the bell rings.

And just before the fighters step into the ring to battle, members of the media will have their final opportunities to get the lowdown on this high-impact night of professional boxing from the athletes themselves.

On Wednesday, October 19th, the final press conference will be held at 2pm at the Park
Sports Bar in Seminole Paradise at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.

The following day, Thursday, October 20th, all participants will weigh-in at 6pm in Ballroom B at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.

After that, the only thing left to do is "Rumble at The Rock".

"Rumble at The Rock", which features an electrifying Heavyweight matchup between David "The Tuaman" Tua and Cisse ?Cool C? Salif, as well as, high-impact bouts between Jameel McCline and Zuri Lawrence, Edison Miranda and Sherwin Davis, Yuri Foreman and Troy Lowry and more. "Rumble at the Rock" will air live on Pay-Per-View from the Hard Rock Live Arena in Hollywood, Florida at 9pm EST. Suggested retail price is $24.95.

Tickets are on sale now for Hard Knocks at the Hard Rock "Rumble at the Rock". They are priced at $150, $100, and $50. Doors open at 6:30pm and the first fight starts at 7:30pm. For more information please call the Casino Box Office or visit www.ticketmaster.com.
