Andre Ward, America’s Olympic gold medalist from the class of 2004 has made the decision to turn his talents to the professional ranks and will make his debut in the light heavyweight division on a night that will ensure him massive exposure. Ward
makes his first outing as a support attraction to the legitimate light heavyweight fight between Antonio Tarver and Glen Johnson. Ward, managed by James Prince was recently signed to a promotional agreement by Goossen Tutor Promotions in association with Roy Jones’s Square Ring Promotions. Ward is only twenty years of age and fights out of San Francisco, California in the United States.
