Gibbs who previously fought for the vacated USBA Middleweight title on August 8, 2004 was knocked down twice by Daniel Edouard in the fourth round which ended in a TKO.
The co-main event will pit Shamone “The Truth” Alvarez (13 – 0 9KO’s) Atlantic City, New Jersey vs. Virgil McCelndon (22 – 6 8KO’s) Columbus, OH.
