Undefeated welter Paul "The Punisher" Williams was in fine form last night at the Tai Chi Palace in Lemoore, California as the lanky puncher destroyed knockout artist Sergio Rios in just two rounds of action on a Goosen-Tutor promotion. Southpaw Williams, now perfect in twenty-nine contests, used his tremendous reach to keep Rios at the end of his crisp shots and brought the bout to a close at 2:24 of the second. With the win, Williams, of Augusta, GA secures the vacant USNBC Welterweight crown and is currently ranked #8 in the WBC world ratings.
