Northeast Promotions President Walt Lambert has announced the signing of undefeated World ranked Welterweight, Carlos Quintana. Quintana who is currently 18-0 with fourteen knockouts hails from Moca, Puerto Rico and is ranked 9th by the World Boxing Association. "Carlos Quintana is one of the most charismatic and exciting fighters in the Welterweight Division. We expect major accomplishments from him," Lambert said. Northeast Promotions matchmaker, Ron Katz states, "I’m very happy to continue with the career of Carlos Quintana." "I think Carlos will continue in the great tradition of welterweight champions from Puerto Rico."
