Mayweather-Bruseles in Miami.

By Boxing Press December 10th, 2004 All Boxing News, Boxing Previews

The American Airlines Arena in Miami, Florida, USA will see action from double weight world champion Floyd Mayweather Jr. when he takes on unknown fighter Henry Bruseles on January the 22nd. Mayweather, now campaigning as a light welterweight has previously won world titles at super featherweight and lightweight. Bring one of the boxing world's premier stylists, Mayweather brings an intriguing element to the hotbed of talent that is the light welterweight division today. Conventional wisdom says that Mayweather should compete against WBC champion Arturo Gatti sometime in 2005 since Mayweather has gone the WBC route in winning both of his other world titles.
