Baldomir And Mayweather In LA To Announce Boxing Unification Clash

Tomorrow welterweight boxing champions Carlos Baldomir and Floyd Mayweather hold a press conference in Beverly Hills to announce their upcoming title unification clash on a Goosen-Tutor/Sycuan Promotions card. The much anticipated showdown is scheduled to take place on Saturday, 4 November at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas.

Baldomir, 43-9-6 (13), brings a lot of momentum to the contest, having thrashed former champions Arturo Gatti and Zab Judah during his last two bouts while Mayweather, 36-0 (24), has never been beaten over the course of a dominant career that has seen him win world titles in four weight classes.
