Oliver, ranked #4 by the USBA, looks to maintain his unbleamished professional record (16-0, 7 KO's) when he takes on the USBA #3 ranked Carrera (18-1, 8 KO's) in what will be the biggest fight, thus far, in either fighter's career. " You have the #3 and #4 ranked fighters in the USBA taking each other on, and the #1 and #2 spots are vacant, as is the title. So, you basically have the two best junior featherweights in the country fighting for the USBA title. For Oliver, a tremendous amateur with over 3 hundred bouts, this will be his sixth bout of 2006, and his eleventh since April 2005.
