At Ravenscraig Regional Sports Facility, Motherwell, Scotland, on Friday night (11 October 2013) – Prospect Boxing Promotions hosted a show which headlined the vacant WBO European Flyweight Title contest between Iain Butcher of Jerviston, Motherwell and Gabor Molnar of Hungary.
Molnar was on the canvas and counted at the end of round one but the Referee waved the fight off when Molnar did not stand upright at the end of the count.
A quick finish then for Butcher who wins the WBO European Flyweight Belt by round one stoppage and improves to 9 wins (3 by KO) and 1 loss.
