The super featherweight declared that Bob Arum's Top Rank was his promoter of record, ending the Filipino's brief fling with Oscar De La Hoya's Golden Boy Promotions.
Arum announced at the same press conference that Pacquiao will next see action on April 28 in Las Vegas with a rematch against WBC 130 lb Champion Marco Antonio Barrera as the preferred scenario.
