World class light heavyweight contender Danny Green wowed the public during an open air training session at Federation Square in downtown Melbourne on Thursday. The session gave fans an small insight into the hard work boxers go through both mentally and physically in a fight preparation.

With Australian Football League stars Russell Robertson and Lindsay Gilbee looking on, Green worked out on the pads before engaging in heated sparring sessions with IBF Pan Pacific Super Middle Champion Daniel Lovett and red hot kickboxing star Jason Tramsek.
Green, a former Interim WBC Super Middleweight Champion, is coming off an exciting ninth round knockout victory over Jason DeLisle to win the IBF Pan Pacific Light Heavyweight title.
Should Green gets past Murdoch on January 21, a challenge to WBA Light Heavyweight Champion Silvio Branco is likely for “The Green Machine”.
