Hardy was put on his backside in round 2 and sustained a cut to the left eye area, but continues and lands some decent shots in round four. He throws a low blow in the fifth frame and Moorcroft is given time to recover. The Sheffield mans’ energy looks to have sapped in the sixth and his eye is bloody again but he eeks it out to the final bell and Moorcroft gets a points win 80-72

Jenman had to take to a knee in rounds 3 and 4 before being stopped in the fifth
