By Boxing Press May 1st, 2007 All Press Releases

The Northwest Boxing Association Heavyweight Championship is on the line when Vili “The Tongan Warrior” Bloomfield, who is an Everett, WA native and weighs in around 225 lbs. will face Eric “Night Train” Boose, who hails from Puyallup, WA with a ten win one loss record.

The 27 year old Boose, will come in around 245 lbs. facing his toughest challenge against a fan favorite in Bloomfield, who has four wins at the Lucky Eagle Casino.

Both heavyweights are noted for heavy bunches, lots of action, and as promoter, Bennie Georgino noted that “this will be a war, because both of these monsters hit like the kick of a mule”.

Candy Robertson is scheduled to return and Georgino is finalizing a contract for the six round semi-main event.

Information on the remaining bouts will be available shortly.

Other Bouts, all 4 Rounds:

Lyle Johnson vs. Mehdi Pouroskoui
Randy Rogers vs. Ron Simmons
Kevin Ross vs. Phillip Moore
David Mendez vs. Adrian Hermann
Terrance Crow vs. Frank Bybee
Jeff Salway vs. Lester Balmorse

Changes and additional information will be announced as they occur.

Tickets $45, $35, $25 at Ticketmaster, casino (800-720-1788) or Twin Cities Fuller’s stores. Fighters are subject to change and contract approval by the Washington State Boxing Commission.
