Former world champion Ray “Boom Boom” Mancini will be ringside. Mancini won the WBA Lightweight Championship against Deuk Koo Kim on November 13, 1982 and defended it four times. His legendary career includes epic battles with Alexis Arguello, Bobby Chacon, Hector Camacho and twice with Livingstone Bramble.
Mancini’s crowd pleasing fights and whirlwind punching style made him a fan favorite and many of his fights were broadcast on network television in the early 80’s.
