Undefeated Jewish fighters Dmitriy Salita and Yuri Foreman will be among the celebrities at Jewish Stars: A Celebration of Jewish Heritage to benefit the Jewish National Fund on Monday night, June 4, at La Carne Grill kosher restaurant, 340 Lexington Avenue, New York, NY
The fighters will be joined from 6:30 to 8:30 PM for wine tasting and hors d’oevres event by Jewish rap star Remedy, and celebrity appearances by 1969 Mets world champion Art Shamsky, former Knicks and Duke standout Art Heyman, sportscasters Len Berman, Warner Wolf, and Kenny Albert, Daily News columnist Vic Ziegel, and author Evan Weiner.
The benefit is priced at $75, and for reservations call 212 490-7172. Delmonico steak tips and barbecue short ribs spring rolls will be among the kosher items on the menu.
