Manchester's boxing star Michael Gomez is the WBU super featherweight champion once again, and now he is headline news in more ways than one. Gomez has lead a turbulent life with many ups and downs in and out of the ring but things couldn't be better for him these days as he has just been confirmed as the headliner of the MEN show to be held on the 11th of February. Gomez's professional record indicates wins and losses, achievements and disappointments, but it doesn't show that he is definitely value for money, win or lose. He will face Argentinean fighter Osvaldo Alvarez in the main event at the MEN and a good result against the south American toughman may be enough to propel Gomez up into higher echelon fights against the elite super featherweight fighters.
