Bust Your Grill Management announces the signing of former WBA Light Heavyweight interim titlist Richard "The Destroyer" Hall. Hall, 27-7 (25 KO), has earned a reputation as a fearless warrior, engaging in thrilling battles with Roy Jones Jr., Glen Johnson, Julian Letterlough, among others.
Manager Matt Yanofsky expresses a keen interest in securing quality fights for the Jamaican born-Floridian, now based out of West Palm Beach. "I am excited to work with Richard," says Yanofsky. "He is one of the most exciting fighters in the world who has only lost to the best fighters."
Richard Hall is coming off of an exhilirating fight against Shaun George on ESPN2 this past May. Hampered by inactivity in recent years, Hall says, "My dream come true is to fight frequently. The only time I feel good is when I'm in the ring because I'm a warrior."
Looking to make a mark on the division once again, Hall is targeting Antonio Tarver, Adrian Diacanou, and anyone else brave enough to step in with "The Destroyer."
In addition to BYG Management, Hall has also enlisted the services of publicist Ryan Songalia to Team Hall. Now that Richard Hall has the necessary pieces in place, what is his mission?
"I want to be world champion. Ever since I saw Sugar Ray Leonard beat Marvin Hagler in 1987, that has been my goal. I will not retire until my goal is accomplished."
