Chicago Fans Get Roadwork With Boxing Stars

By Boxing Press July 30th, 2007 All Press Releases

Chicago fans are encouraged to join David Diaz, Erik Morales and Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. along with many other professional boxers appearing at "War For 4!", as they make their final preparations this Wednesday morning, August 1, with their road work in Chicago's beautiful Grant Park and along the lake front.

The run will last 2-3 miles and will kick off promptly at 8am outside the main entrance of the Chicago Hilton at 720 S. Michigan. The path will take them past the picturesque Buckingham Fountain, one of Chicago's most beloved landmarks.

The Morales vs. Diaz world championship showdown headlines the "War For 4!" extravaganza which takes place Saturday, August 4 at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, IL and broadcast live on pay-per-view.

Tickets are available in advance by calling Ticketmaster at 312-559-1212 or by visiting their website at www.ticketmaster.com. Further information can also be obtained by visiting the Allstate Arena website at
