Corley Next For Cotto.

Puerto Rico's WBO light welterweight champion Miguel Cotto will make the next defense of his title against the former holder of that same title, DeMarcus "Chop Chop" Corley. Cotto last appeared on the undercard of the Klitschko-Williams heavyweight title fight when he beat former world champion Randall Bailey in six thumb Cotto belts Bailey2 Corley Next For Cotto.

Corley's last appearance of note was against still unbeaten light welterweight star Floyd Mayweather Jr. Corley lost the fight to Mayweather by a twelve round decision and has since made a comeback with one fight late last year. The ever-extravagant southpaw Corley will likely bring a colorful aspect to the Top Rank Promotion to contrast against Cotto's always businesslike approach.
