The winner will receive 50 thousand dollars (the loser will leave with 10 thousand dollars). This new reality TV mixes the drama of everyday life and the drama of intense sporting preparation. Victory and defeat in and out of the ring.
8 boxers from Puebla, Mexico and 8 for the U .S will prepare themselves to battle it out to reach the final match which will be held Live on Azteca America May 25th 2008 in Los Angeles.
Retador Azteca will be an interactive spectacle, now that it will give the audience the possibility to participate by selecting the "retadores" to fight the following week via cell phones or internet.
50% of the tax fund collected by the voting of the public will be made to cover the necessary costs, so that the boxers support a noble cause.
At the conclusion of each fight, we will have the opportunity to see both faces of the coin, the triumph and the defeat from the perspective of the protagonists. The one who loses will return home empty-handed, and the one who wins will have the opportunity to keep fighting to reach the top of "Retador Azteca"
