Halquist Boxing Partners With Showtime For “Battle At The Boat” November 2

By Boxing Press October 16th, 2007 All Press Releases

Shobox will return to the Emerald Queen Casino, Battle at the Boat Boxing Series, on November 2, 2007. The first televised bout will begin at 8PM Pacific Time, airing on Showtime at 11PM, live Eastern and delayed Pacific.

“We’ve had some big shows this year and we are very excited to have Showtime back at the Queen”, said promoter Brian Halquist.

The show will feature an IBF Heavyweight Title Eliminator bout between Calvin “The Boxing Banker” Brock (31-1, 23KOs) and “Fast” Eddie Chambers (29-0, 16KOs).

“Another great fight for the Boxing Fans of the Pacific Northwest”, Halquist continued. “This year has been great. Every time we wonder how we’re going to top the last show, something comes up. Our boxing program has grown into the dream we had 11 years ago when we started”.

Tickets are available at The Emerald Queen box office and all Ticketmaster locations.
