WBC Female Fighter of the Year and current minimumweight champion, Carina "La Reina" Moreno will be honored at the First Annual Salute to Women's Boxing ceremony set to take place this Sunday March 30, 2008 at the Commerce Casino located at 6131 E. Telegraph Road, City of Commerce, California.
Moreno will be presented a World Champion Recognition Award for her success as a female champion. The event starts at 2pm and runs until 7pm.
