De La Hoya to 154?

Ahead of his assignment as the featured promoter on Saturday night's huge Hopkins-Eastman card is Los Angeles, Oscar de la Hoya stole himself a little of the limelight surrounding the fight with a statement indicating something of his future. De La Hoya mentioned the possibility of fighting Felix Trinidad in what would be a revenge mission of sorts for him as Trinidad was the delahoya3 De La Hoya to 154?

first to defeat De La Hoya back in the late nineties. De La Hoya, unsuccessful by his standards as a middleweight, even went as far as to say that he would fight Trinidad at the 154-pound light middleweight limit. The nature of making this huge fight is a complex one, not the least of which is the fact that Trinidad must first find a way past southpaw stylist Ronald Wright later this year.
