When WBC reigning champion Samuel Peter and champion emeritus Vitali Klitschko will face for the heavyweight championship tonight in Berlin, Germany, one of the hottest heavyweight prospects today will make his appearance on the undercard.
2004 Olympic Gold Medallist and three-time world amateur champion, Odlanier “La Sombra” Solis will face Chauncy “Hillyard Hammer” Welliver in a WBC international heavyweight championship bout.
At today’s weigh-in, Solis scaled 253.5 lb, while Welliver weighed in at 282 lb.
