IBF Champion Steve Molitor and WBA Champion Celestino Caballero both weighed in at 121.6 pounds for the scheduled super bantamweight title unification clash tonight from Casino Rama in Rama, Ontario, televised on Showtime on the popular ShoBox series, starting at 11pm EST, delayed on the West Coast.
Steve Molitor: “This is by far the best 122 pound fight you will see. Hands down, it will be the best. Making weight was easy. We brought in a conditioner and we were on top of things all the way through today. I feel great.”
Celestino Caballero: “This opponent is nothing special to me. He is average. But this unification is special because I will be only the second Panamanian to do that after Roberto Duran. Up on the podium, I told Molitor that I am going to break his face.”
