The loss that former WBA and WBO Welterweight Champion Antonio Margarito suffered recently to Shane Mosley was compounded this week when Mexican danger man and his trainer Javier Capetillo saw their licences taken away for one year by the California State Athletic Commission.
The action taken by the CSAC stems from an illegal hadwrap that an observer from Team Mosley noticed on Margarito's hands prior to the bout, which Mosley upset the odds to win by stopping Margarito.
There is no word at this time if any civil action will be pursued in this case.
