ok i need help, i just downloaded mozilla firefox and i have javacript turned on and i downloading the latest adobe flash player like it said but i still have the same fricken message!!!!!!!!!!

when i click on a video a message comes up saying i have java turned off or an old version of adobes flash player i think its a virus if so how do i get rid off it please message my account

this is how just right click on your desktop then new then shortcut then something will pop up in your screen then type in the homepage what you want the homepage of it then click next then type the name of it then click finish and that is it
