    DMX - Whats my name

  9. Oct 27, 2009 at 11:47 PM by stevekennyufc

Yeah-tyson was build perfect for getting in close and throwing those devistating uppercuts. I was always amazed that tyson was under 6 ft, and his opponents were commonly 6'2" or 3"-and he had no intimidation of their size/reach advantage. Boxing is all about technique and athletic ablity--as there are many poeple physically stronger than him that would stand a chance--i mean-could you image brock lesnar of today trying to box tyson at 21y/o-LOL

Tyson also had more snap in his punches, Holmes said that when he fought Tyson it wasn't his power that was awkward but the snappy speed in his punches, granted that was an old Holmes with slower reflexes but i see holmes as a good judge. Big George was definately stronger but definately slower, both of their stamina's werent anything special but stylistically Tyson is all wrong for Foreman, ripping george on the inside with uppercuts as Mike was very good on the inside whereas George was not.

Yes I got your point. Naturally my opinion is that Foreman is better. That was clear I mean.XD

Anybody know the name of this dmx song>?

  13. Oct 27, 2009 at 05:30 PM by stevekennyufc

Well-i just meant in overall boxing technique and really all aspects of boxing, i feel tyson is superior to foreman-just my opinion.

You have mentioned only the Ali match. Everyone could lose a match. Foreman have k.o. two times Joe Frazier in a couple of round. Ken Norton has done the same ending and I can say the same for Ron Lyle. Tyson is faster and tecnique, but I think he can't beat Foreman on his first and remember he avoided to fight him when he was old.

  15. Oct 26, 2009 at 11:40 PM by stevekennyufc

Its not just about power and speed-its about agility and boxing technique. Although I believe tyson has both speed and power over foreman, He also had more stamina and better boxing ability-i mean, when foreman fought ali, he had him against the ropes and kept pulling back his arms and swinging with just arm power. Mike didn't pull back like that, and generated his entire body into the punch, especially his enormous thighs. Really, Tyson's technique was just masterful in his prime.

tyson in his prime could destroy any heavyweight ' ever

  17. Oct 26, 2009 at 05:19 AM by SquallLeon81

Tyson is faster than Foreman, but not so powerful.
