Hi everybody.I'm a muay thai fighter and on my opinion this jab is horrible 'cause the enemy can perfectly see when you give the punch thanks to your shoulder! If you move like this your enemy can see the punch starting a few second before the target...anyway...nice t-shirt.

jab is terrible she is fully extending her arm and not tucking her chin behind her should any one with some speed and knowledge would see that and make it a quick K.O. good cross though

I practice boxing and I know basic kicks and defense,when I train against a muai thay or KB fighters, well, they are really good bout kicking and other stuffs, but they punch like someone who started in boxing 2 months ago, hit they with punches is so easy for a boxer, but you need to really take care about ther kicks. I believe boxing DO make the difference in muai thay/kickboxing/mma, punches are quick, is hard to do a counter attack against a good punch and a great punch is a K.O thanks
