calzaghe doesnt have to prove anyhing, he beaten eubank, stayed undefeated then humiliated left hook, then he beat kessler, b hop, then he beat jones junior and retired. Not a bad record, if he was a yank he would be the greatest of all time but unfortunatley he is welsh and all ure fighters wont fight europeans until they become superstars, especially when they know how good he is

They may not be exciting slugfests, but I enjoy Hopkins' fights because he's a master technician. Agree with you that his career hit a rough spot with the Taylor fights, though. Hopkins was clearly robbed in their first fight. To be the champion, you must decisively beat the champion. Taylor did not do that.
