| relax, they were just goin' through the motions. it wasn't a hard or even moderate session, just a few rounds to loosen up. byrd was obviously just working on defense. plenty of good pros (especially defensive stylists) do that prior to the real sparring. |

| Is Byrd ever going to fight again? IMHO he had the skills to be one of the elite but he didn't fight enough and didn't fight the big name guys enough. Not sure if he has the skills anymore, the power guys can retain their power into their 40's but the speed Byrd relies on disappears sooner. |
